Max Unassisted Pullups/Hollow Hang from bar/Flexed Arm Hang (minimum of :30 on the hangs which can be accumulated over multiple sets)

10 Broad Jumps

20 MB Thrusters

Heavy 1 KB Farmers Carry – 4 touches between the cones (switch arms 1/2 way)

Repeat adding 1 lap each round
