Friday June 16 – Zero to Ninety + Core Circuit

Zero to Ninety: 4 Person Groups. Each Member has 90 sec to complete the prescribed reps of each exercise. If they finish early, they rest. If not, they go directly into next exercise. Repeat 3 Times for a total of 18 Mins

– Row (R – 250 m, W – 225 m, B – 200 m)

– 15 Burpees (B – 10 reps, non-pushup, if needed)

– 20 Overhead Squats to a crate (R – black bar, W – PVC, B – 15 reps with or w/o PVC)

– 35 KB Swings (B – 25)

– REPEAT-

 

Finish with Core Circuit – 9-min continuously running clock, switching exercises every 30s and resting 30s before starting at the top.

Complete 3 RNDS of the following:  

  • Hollow Body Hold

  • Superman Hold

  • Bird Dog

  • Russian Twist

  • Star Crunches

  • Rest
