Monday, August 21 – Partner Jumps & Dips + 4 x 4 Conditioning

Box Jumps + Dips: 8-Min Partner Work – While one partner completes 6 Box Jumps other partner performs dips. Switch and repeat for 8-min.

 

4 RNDS – 4 min per RND – :90 rest between RNDS

Rotating through 4 exercises switching every 30 sec. Do this 2x for each round and then rest.  

  • KB Deadlift High Pull or Goblet Clean

  • MB Situp and Press

  • Goblet Step Back Lunges

  • Jump Rope (Doubles or Singles)
