Tuesday August 8 – The Build Up

The Build Up  

3 rounds:

– Rd 1 is 4 min followed by 2 min rest

– Rd 2 is 8 min followed by 3 min rest

– Rd 3 is work through entire board

– Each round starts back at the top of the board.  Count reps for Rds 1 and 2.  The run does not count towards reps.  Round 3 is timed – work until all reps are finished.   

 

Run 2 Parking Lot Laps 

Overhead Lunges (plates or MB) (total)

Barrier Jumps (over and back = 1)

MB Situp and Press 

Squats

Pushups 

Leg Raises

1-Arm Thrusters (total)

 

RED: 30 REPS, Lunges (35+, 25+), MB (20/15), KB (40+/30+)

WHITE: 25 REPS, Lunges (25+, 15+), MB (15/12), KB (30+/25+)

BLUE: 20 REPS, Lunges (15, 10), MB (12/10), KB (25+/15+)
