Rest 90s to 2 min between stations

Clean Your Plate

30 sec Overhead lunge (using plate)

30 sec Burpee with lateral jump (on plate, off of plate, burpee, repeat)

30 sec Clean and press (using plate)

Rest 15 seconds

REPEAT 4x

Then, Run a Ralph McGill Loop (B – parking lot lap)

 

Get Down

30 sec Side Lunges

30 sec Mtn Climbers

30 sec Squat Press Out (using MB or plate)

Rest 15 seconds

REPEAT 4x

Then, Run a Ralph McGill Loop (B – parking lot lap)

 

Hard Core

30 sec Jungle Gym alternating crunches (on palms, feet in straps)

30 sec Lemon Squeezes (mod = knee bent or 1 leg bent hollow hold or hands on ground)

30 sec JG Hip Raises (heels in straps)

Rest 15 seconds

REPEAT 4x
