Immediately into: 3 sets of 6x Pull Ups (Dead Hang, Band, JG pullups)

 

10-2 of Heavy Racked Lunges (reps are per Leg)

Immediately into: 3 sets of 6x Pistol Squats per leg

10-2 of Heavy 2KB Carry – with 1 bell pressed OH while other bell is by side in suitcase carry

Immediately into: 3 sets of 6x Deadlifts

 

10-2 of MB Situp and Double Press

Immediately into: 3 sets of 20x KB Swings
