Friday:

Partner shuttle sprints (one works one rest)2 laps per partner (one lap at a time or 200m sprint X2. Add 1 each round complete)

100 Partner lunge/total (I go, you go-10 rep max)

Repeat sprints

50 partner push-ups (5 rep max)

Repeat sprints

75 Dips (5 rep max)

Repeat sprints & back to lunges if time
