FitWit Studio – small group classes
Small-group studio sessions offer a low trainer to client ratio, specialized programming and a flexible schedule. These studio classes are perfect for the person who needs scheduling flexibility (rather than a monthly membership) and may only want to take very specific classes – kettlebell, TRX, rowing or total body burn.
Studio classes generally last 45 minutes. FitWit Studio training is NOT the over-hyped class you might see with a mic’d up instructor, lights turned low, music cranked and participants crammed wall-to-wall. It’s high-quality small-group instruction with personal interaction, professional coaching and workouts designed to transform your body!

It’s high-quality small-group instruction with personal interaction, professional coaching and workouts designed to transform your body!
Kettlebell Strength Class: Build endurance, strength, balance and flexibility all with one simple tool designed to burn fat and strengthen muscles.
TRX: Total body workout utilizing suspension training to develop strength, mobility and joint stability while building a stronger core. Focus on building strength and cardio endurance from head to toe, from the core on out, with this 45-minute class that is challenging but suitable for every fitness level and training goal. Class includes pure strength moves plus cardio bursts to keep your metabolism firing!
H.I.I.T.(High Intensity Interval Training): Full body, fat-burning, cross-training class with variety: TRX, kettlebells, med balls, jump ropes, rowing and more. No matter the equipment, this high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class is designed to torch calories, build muscle and keep your metabolism revved up long after class is finished!
Rowing: Work EVERY muscle in your body and burn fat with this no-impact workout using indoor rowing machines. You create your own resistance so it’s great for all fitness levels!
Workouts will vary with some being exclusive rowing workouts and some utilizing a circuit style that predominantly features the rowing machines.
Yoga: Yoga will strengthen your body, increase flexibility, decrease stress, reduce blood pressure and more. Our classes are designed to be a balanced introduction to all aspects of the physical yoga practice. You will experience standing, sitting and balancing poses, some flow, some challenge and always ending with rejuvenating, deep relaxation of savasana at the end of each class.
