8-Min EMOMS

EMOM #1:  

Min 1: 8 2KB Shoulder Press (adv. Clean and press, cleaning bells between every rep)

Min 2: 20 KB Swings

 

EMOM #2:

Min 1: 8 Pullups (R – 6 unassisted, W -8  Jungle Gym Pullups, B – 12 JG Rows)

Min 2: 40 Double Unders/75 Singles/50 Singles  

 

EMOM #3:

Min 1: 8 Deadlifts (2KB Suitcase or 1KB Heavy Sumo)

Min 2: 25 Heavy Rope Slams   

 

As a group, finish with:

Fives for Five –

5 Squat Stands w/PVC

5 Pass Throughs w/PVC

5 Sumo Inchworms

5 Mtn Climbers the Hard Way (per side)
