Thursday June 15 – 10-Min Strength + Dumb & Dumber

10-Min Strength: Max reps of 2KB Front Squats or 2KB Shoulder Press: 5 sets of max reps, starting new set every 2 min.

 Mobility between sets:

  • Squats – Froggers, :30 Pigeon hold per side, :30 Quad Hip Flexor Stretch per side

  • Press – PVC pass throughs or Wall Angels

 Dumb and Dumber -22-min AMRAP 

-Ralph McGill Run (B – Parking lot lap)

-Lunge (from start of building to stairwell)

-50 Double Unders/20 Double Under attempts/100 Singles

-10 DB Renegade Rows (5/side) R: 40+/30+ W: 30+/20+ B: 25+/15

-10 DB Floor Press (same weight at renegade rows)
