20 Push-Ups

30 Walking Lunges (Total)

400 Meter Run – from wherever they finish lunge, complete the Ralph McGill Loop

 

R: 5 RNDS: Toe Push Ups

W: 4 RNDS: ½ Toe ½ Knee

B: 3 RNDS: 15 Knee Pushups, 20x Lunge, finish parking lot lap

 

Early finishers:

5 PVC Pass Throughs each direction (5 with PVC directly overhead, 5 to the left, 5 to the right)

5 Inchworms

5 Cossack Squats (per side) (2-5 sec pause per side)

5 Hip Circles per side and per direction from table top position
