800 m Run

Then, 2 RNDS of:

80 Squats (R – 100)

40 Pushups (R – 50)

40 Situps (R – 50)

20 JG Rows (R – 25 JG Rows OR 10 Unassisted Pullups)

Finish with 800 Run

Red: all pushups on toes

White: at least ½ pushups on toes

Blue: 15 non-pushup burpee buy-in, Parking lot to Ralph McGill Run, 1 RND of all exercises, pushups on knees
