At the top of every 3-min, complete the following for a total of 3 rounds:

-30 Wall Ball

– 12 V-ups or Lemon Squeezes

For remainder of the 3 min: Glute Bridge Raises (2 sec pause and squeeze at top)

 

At the top of every 3-min, complete the following for a total of 3 rounds:

-Run parking lot lap

-12 Hanging Knees to Chest or Toes to Bar/Leg Raises

For remainder of the 3 min: Mtn Climbers the Hard Way (2 sec pause)

 

At the top of every 3-min, complete the following for a total of 3 rounds:

-30 Swings

-12 Racked (or Goblet) Step Back Lunges (6/side)

For remainder of the 3 min: Hindu Pushups
