Start with an 800m run (2 laps around the Skate Park/1 Beltline loop around TFL)

125 squats

75 situps

50 pushups

Round 2: 150 reps

Repeat run

75 squats

50 sit-ups

25 push-ups

Round 3: 90 reps

Repeat Run

50 squats

25 sit-ups

15 push-ups

 

 

R: RND 1+RND 2+RND 3 (490 total reps) with all pushups on toes

W: RND 2 + RND 2 + RND 3 (400 total reps) with at least ½ pushups on toes

B: RND 2 + RND 3 (240 total reps) with pushups on knees or incline pushups on bench
