Wednesday June 14 – Partner Leap Frog

Partner Leap Frog

Following the Jump Rope which both partners perform at the same time, exercises are performed in a leap frog fashion, i.e., I do pullups, you do rows, I do burpees, you do lunges . . .

Partners will complete a total of 2 RNDS of the leapfrog before returning to the jump rope.

STATION 1: 13 min

40 Double Unders OR 100 Singles – partners jump at same time

Then, complete 2 rounds of the following in a leapfrog fashion:

5 Pull ups (Unassisted or Jungle Gym Pullups)

10 1-Arm Rows (5/side)

10 Burpees

10 Jumping Lunges (per leg) (sub step back lunges)

10 V-ups or Lemon Squeezes

 

REPEAT until time is called

 

STATION 2: 13 min

40 Double Unders/100 Singles/B –  – partners jump at same time

Then, complete 2 rounds of the following in a leapfrog fashion:  

Max Handstand Hold or 30 sec Handstand Hold (the shorter of the two)

10 Squats

10 Broad Jumps  

10 Spiderman Plank (per side)

10 Single Leg Hip Bridge Raises (5/side)

REPEAT until time is called

 

Finish with 10-min Ben D. style stretch/mobility
