Wednesday June 28 – Strength & Mobility AMRAP + Hill Sprints

2 x 16-Min stations

Strength + Mobility AMRAP:

6 2KB Deadlifts (sumo OR suitcase)

6 Hindu Pushups (mod = Inchworm to updog)

6 Pullups (unassisted or JG)

Crawl length of gym (choose: cat crawl, bear crawl, crab walk, monkey crawl (switch sides ½ way)

 -Deadlifts stay at 6 every RND but Hindu/inchworms and pullups count down, i.e., RND 2 – 6 DL, 5 Hindu/Inchworm Pushups, 5 Pullups, Crawl, RND 3 – 6 DL, 4 Hindu/Inchworm pushups, 4 Pullups, Crawl so forth and so on. Count back up from 1 if they get that far.

 

Hill Sprints – choose 1 mobility movement to perform at top of the hill after each sprint before jogging down and repeating sprint:

– 5 Rocking ankle mobilizations per side

– 5 Skywalks per leg
