3 x 10 min stations
1. Find your perfect pushup – partner up for max perfect form touch and go pushups. Then, EMOM for 8 min, perform 8 perfect pushups and 8 yellow bar rows, and rest the remainder of that minute if the reps are complete. (B-6&6 – decrease reps for anyone not finishing rows)

2. 3 exercise alternating tabata – alternating exercises every :20 for 10 min
– Mtn jack burpees (Newbie burpee + 4 mtn jack=1)
– sumo squats
– sit outs

3. Every 2 min for 5 rounds, depending on time –
:40 hold to 1 min of DU/Singles – rest last :20 seconds (adjust timing as needed)
– V- sit hold
– Plank hold
– Squat hold
– 6” hold
– If time permits, camper’s hold of choice
