You’ll start FitWit with other newbies at the beginning of the month.Your first week will be an introduction to our program as we’ll do plenty of teaching in a slower-paced class before you participate in the regular program.You’ll work on strength, conditioning and mobility over the next 4 weeks, and you’ll be floored at how much you improve your initial assessment by the time you retake it at the end of the month.
You may attend any of the available time-slots below, but we encourage you to choose one where you’ll take most of your classes to build more accountability.
