We were very fortunate to add this outgoing and dry witted runner and creative to FitWit O4W during a pandemic. Even though she only comes to us out of convenience 😉 (she lives in the building that overlooks the FitWit O4W parking lot),

A thunderous applause to our January member of the month, John M.! Many may know him from his loud, encouraging claps during a hard set of conditioning on the erg or the air bike. He’s a motivator and a man of action,
Shout out to our December member of the month, Jennifer Mc! She’s been getting strong with us for 6.5 YEARS and is a phenomenal member to be around. In the past year, she’s dialed into her health for the longterm- prioritizing her physical and nutritional health.
Jessica has been crushing it for the past SIX years at FitWit!  She was a member back in the days when we were doing burpees in the mud. She’s a shining star in our community and has really found her stride again after having a baby.
Resident funny man, Rhett, can finally check off “FitWit Member of the Month” from his bucket list. He takes home the honor for May, and he delivered the goods with a world record for number of words in a member profile.
Our March member of the month is Alexa, a regular 6 AM’er. Here’s what Ethan, head trainer at FitWit has to say, “Alexa has been a staple member of the 6 am crew. Her drive to keep working through injury and find the challenge in a workout is one of her biggest attributes in the gym.Â
