10 Min TEMPO Strength + 20 Min Tabata Mashup

10 MIN. TEMPO STRENGTH:  5 RNDS, alternating Squats and Push Ups = 10 min.

Squat Progression:

  • 5 Rounds:  6 reps 3/2/1/0 Tempo = :36 sec, :24 sec rest

Push Up Progression: (hands elevated/negatives > partial depth > full depth > weighted)

  • 5 rounds:   6 reps 3/2/1/0 Tempo = :36 sec (Newbies/B: 5 reps, then hold high plank for last rep), :24 sec rest

 

20 Min Tabata Mash Up:   5 RDS,  :20/:10×2 per exercise

  • Min. 1:  :20/:10 Straight Leg Deadlift,  :20/:10 KB Swings

  • Min. 2:  KB Bent Row (:20/:10 R, :20/:10 L)

  • Min. 3:  Block Jumps (Non-Impact:  Slamballs)

  • Min 4:  Active Plank
