15 Minute AMRAP + Tabata

15 Minute AMRAP:

 

25 Mtn Climbers (each side)

10 Jumping Lunges (each side)

10 Sumo squats

25 Jumping Jacks

10 Band Front Raises

10 Band High Pull

 

Tabata  – :20/:10 (8 rounds per exercise  – 1 minute rest between)

 

– Push-ups & double unders (switch every minute)

– Plank & Plank Leg Lifts 

– Ninja stand (After you do a ninja, stand up, so it’s like a newbie burpee) & Alt Superhero
