2 X 14 min Stations

 

  1. Partner 4 min Tabata Ropes: Partners will be working at the same time, one on the rope and other on paired exercise. Each will work on that exercise for 2 intervals, then switch positions. 

Complete full 4 min of the 2 pairing exercises, rest 1 min, then move down to the next 2 exercises. 

 

– Alt waves/Bi curls (DB or Bands)

– Small double slam/flutter kicks

– Small Alt waves/ Leg lifts

 

  1. Partner 4 min Tabata Calisthenics and KB: Same set up as station 1 

 

-Mtn Climbers/Deadlift High Pulls 

– Squat Jumps/High Plank Shoulder Taps

-V-ups/KB Swings
