1)   Ladder 1, 2, 3, 3, 2, 1..repeat

      2 KB Clean to rack – 2 KB Thruster – 2 KB Racked Step Back Lunge [Mod. suitcase step back lunge] (using the same set of bells)

Complete all 3 exercises in a row for 1 rep, then all 3 exercises in a row for 2 reps, then 3 reps, etc.
