Partner Chipper Workout (32-min) – I go, you go as they keep a running count on reps as they work toward completing 100 reps and move down the board (go 10 reps at a time)

Entire group runs a Ralph McGill Lap @ the 10 min, 20 min and 30 min mark.

100 Band Front Raises

100 Box Jumps (Mod: step ups w/knee drive at the top, keep foot planted for 5 reps, switch sides)

100 JG Rows

100 Banded Squats (mod: no band)

100 1-Arm Floor Press (total)

100 V ups/Lemon Squeezes

100 Mtn Climbers the Hard Way (total)
