Complete the 1st movement ladder from 12 reps down to 2 rep, then move on to the 2nd ladder. 

Example:  

Round 1: 12 KB Goblet Clean / 12 Push Ups / 12 KB Goblet Bicep Curl  / 12KB Goblet Step Back Lunge (Total)

Round 2: 10 KB Goblet Clean / 10 Push Ups / 10 KB Goblet Bicep Curl  / 10 KB Goblet Step Back Lunge (Total)….

 

Ladder 1 (15-min time cap)

  1. KB Goblet Clean
  2. Push Ups
  3. KB Goblet Bicep Curl 
  4. KB Goblet Step Back Lunge (Total)

 

Ladder 2 (15-min time cap) 

  1. V-ups
  2. KB Staggered Stance Dead-Lift (adv: single leg deadlift) (Total)  
  3. Sumo Squats
  4. KB Push Press (Total)
