Station 1: Push

  • 8x (E.S.) ½ Kneeling Press/Bottom Up Press

  • 10x 1 KB High Pull

Station 2: Hinge

  • 8x KB Deadlift

  • 20x Glute Bridge

 

Station 3: Pull

 

Station 4: Squat

  • 8x (E.S.) Split Squat Progression

  • 10x Goblet/BW Squat

6 min. Conditioning Finisher:  :30/:15 each exercise, 2 rounds straight through

  • Lateral Bounds Non-Impact:  Lateral Lunge

  • Squat Jumps Non-Impact:  Squats

  • Lateral Toe Taps Non-Impact:  Stepping Lateral Toe Taps

  • High Knees  Non-Impact: Stepback Lunge
