25 Min. Partner Strength Sets + 8Min Tennis Style Finisher

  • Partner “I go, you go”, 4 sets of 5, starting light and working up to heavy by the 4th set.

  • 3 Stations. Both partners complete all 4 sets of one exercise before moving on to the next:

    • 4 x 5 (E.S.) Lateral Squats

    • 4 x 5 (E.S.) Single Leg Deadlift

    • 4 x 8 Push Ups  (see notes for how to coach members with progressing “light to heavy”)

8 min EMOM: EWT Conditioning Finisher (“Emory Women’s Tennis Style”):  2 RNDS

P1 works while P2 rests. Then switch. Perfect opportunity for partners to cheer each other on!

Min 1:  :30 sec Mountain Climbers

Min 2:  :30 sec Lateral Bounds N.I. Lateral Lunges

Min 3:  :30 sec Skip in Place N.I. Fast March

Min 4:  :30 sec Burpees
