     1)  20 KB Swings → Hip Bridge Hold

           15 Ninjas → Hollow Hold

           10 Push Ups → Toe Touches

   

     2) 20 MB Thruster  → V-hold (Adv. with MB)

         15 Squat Jumps →  Superhero Hold

         10 MB Sit Up and Press → Russian Twists

     

 

     3) 20 Alt Waves (each side) → Down Dog Hold

          15 Mtn Climbers (each side) → Plank

          10 Burpees → Rest
