** Instructions: Complete 5 Rounds of the 6 moves below on an every minute on the minute clock for 30 minutes of total work.
Min 1: 5x (Each Side) Lateral Squat Progression (BW – Goblet)
Min 2: :30/:30 Skip In Place (Non-Impact: March In Place)
Min 3: 10x Push Ups (Negatives -> Yoga Block/Boggle Box -> Tennis Ball)
Min 4: :30/:30 Goblet Clean or Single Arm Clean (:15R/:15L) (Non-Equipment Option: Squat Jumps or Squats)
Min 5: 10x (Each Side) Single Leg Hip Lift
Min 6: :30/:30 Jump Rope or Imaginary Jump Rope (Non-Impact: Mountain Climbers)
