  • Min 1: 5x (ES) Lateral Squat Progression (BW – Weighted) 
  • Min 2: :30/:30 Skip In Place (Non-Impact:  March In Place) 
  • Min 3: 5x (ES) SA Floor Press
  • Min 4: :30/:30 Goblet Clean or Single Arm Clean (:15R/:15L) (Non-Equipment Option: Squat Jumps or Squats)
  • Min 5: 5x (ES) Single Leg Deadlift Progression (BW – Goblet) 
  • Min 6: :30/:30 Jump Rope or Imaginary Jump Rope (Non-Impact: Mountain Climbers)
