30 Min Every Minute on The Minute

 

The Why: Using an E.M.O.M (Every Minute On the Minute) structure to build in rest and work on strength and core exercises.

6 Moves / 5 Rounds

Instructions: Complete 5 Rounds of the 6 moves below on an every minute on the minute clock for 30 minutes of total work. 

*Min 1, 3, 5 Finish the Reps and rest with the remainder of the minute (try not to rush through the reps) 

**Min 2, 4, 6 :30 Sec Work / :30 Sec Rest

  • Min 1*: 10x Squat (BW-Goblet) 
  • Min 2**: :30/:30 High Plank  :30 Work / :30 Rest
  • Min 3*: 10x (Total 5/Side) ½ Kneeling Press or Bottom Up Press
  • Min 4**: :30/:30 Side Plank Right
  • Min 5*: 10x (Each Side) Single Leg Hip Lift
  • Min 6**: :30/:30 Side Plank Left
