30 Minute Partner Strength 5x5s: “I Go, You Go”  30 Minutes to Complete 

  • Both partners finish all 5 sets of an exercise before moving on to the next exercise

 

5×5 (ES) Split Squat Progression (Assisted – BW – Goblet – Suitcase) 

5×5 (ES) Single Arm Hinged Row 

5×5 KB Deadlift (GO HEAVY!!!)

5×5 (ES) ½ Kneeling Press/Bottom Up Press 

 

Finisher: (If you have time remaining post 5x5s) 

  • 5×5 Vertical Jumps, Partner “I Go, You Go”  – take rest between sets!  Non-Impact:  Load Absorption Drill
