  • Rotate through stations: Goal is at least 3 rounds through

Station 1:

  • 8x (E.S.) ½ Kneeling Press/Bottom Up Press

  • 15x Upright Row

Station 2:

  • 8x KB Deadlift

  • 20x Glute Bridge

Station 3:

  • 8x (E.S.) KB Row

  • 15x Band Bicep Curls

Station 4:

  • 8x (E.S.) Split Squat Progression

  • 15x Goblet/BW Squat

 6 min. Conditioning Finisher:  :30/:15 each exercise, 2 rounds straight through

  • Block Jumps

  • High Knees

  • Lateral Bounds

  • Skip In Place

  • NON-IMPACT:  6 Min. Bike  (:30 work/:15 rest x 8 rounds, work pace goal: 400+/300+)
