4  x 6  min circuits

4  x 6  min circuits – :60 rest between circuits

  AMRAP the prescribed exercises for 5 min, then the 6th minute is always max singles or d.u. (count each round to beat previous)

 

Round One

For 5-minutes: 

6 Yellow Bar Rows (Parallel) / 6 YB Dips / 6 YB Push Ups  

6th-minute: 60 seconds of jump rope

 

Round Two

For 5-minutes:

12 Swings, 12 Goblet Squats

6th-minute: 60 seconds of jump rope

 

Round Three

For 5-minutes:

6 – 2 KB push press, 6 Hanging Knees to Chest

6th-minute: 60 seconds of jump rope

 

Round Four

For 5-minutes:

20 barrier jumps (over & back=1), 20 Walking Lunges (Total)

6th-minute: 60 seconds of jump rope
