5 Stations, 6 minutes at each station.  Every minute on the minute, start with 8 reps of the primary exercise, then 8 reps of the secondary exercise.  Rest 1 min between stations

 

 

Station 1 – 8 Side Plank Hip Dips (per side) + 8 Mountain Climbers The Hard Way (per side)  

 

Station 2 – 8 Jump Squats,  8 Broad Jumps 

 

Station 3 – 8 V-Ups,  8 Superhero

 

Station 4 – 8 Jumping Lunges (per side), 8 Mountain Jacks

 

Station 5 – 8 JG Horizontal Rows, 8 Scapula Pull Ups
