  • Min 1: 6x Broad Jumps  (Non-Impact: 15x KB Swings or Load Absorptions Drill )

  • Min 2: 6x (ES) Single Arm Cleans

  • Min 3: :30/:30 Skip in Place (Non-Impact: Mountain Climbers)

 

20 Minute Strength E.M.O.M:  4 Moves / 5 Rounds

 

  • Min 1: 6x (ES) Split Squat Progression (assisted – BW – goblet)

  • Min 2: 6x (ES) ½ Kneeling Press/Bottom Up Press

  • Min 3: 6x (ES) Single Leg Deadlift Progression (assisted – BW reaching – weighted)

  • Min 4: 6x (ES) KB Bent Row
