4 x 7 Min RNDS:  :30 sec dynamic / :30 sec Isometric

  • 1 min rest after each round

  • Lateral Bounds  (Non-Impact:  Lateral Lunges) > Lateral Squat Hold (15 sec left/right)

  • Ninjas > Elbow Plank

  • Mountain Climbers > Plank Shoulder Taps

  • Flutter Kicks > Hollow Hold

  • Bird Dog > Superman Hold

  • Push Ups > High Plank Hold

  • Burpee Progression > Squat Hold
