BRIAN:  “Train Like an Athlete!” – 30 Min. Power and Strength Partner Blocks


–  P1:  Strength Move, P1: Power Move – alternate with partner 4 rounds through each block


**Start with and then Between Each Block:

  • Ladder Drill:  In, In, Out Forward and Backwards


  • 10x Forward and Backward Penalty Box “Ickey Shuffles”

A Block: 4 RNDS (Partners Alternate Moves)

1A: 5x Goblet Squats (BW–Weighted)

2A: 8x Goblet Cleans


B Block: 4 RNDS (Partners Alternate Moves)

1B: 5x Pull-ups Progression  Outside: 10x Banded Bent Over Rows

2B:  8x Tall Kneeling OH MB throw  Outside: Tall Kneeling MB Slam (or OH MB throw against wall, depending on numbers)


C Block: 4 RNDS (Partners Alternate Moves)

1C: 5x (ES) Single Leg Deadlift Progression (BW–Weighted)

2C: 8x Broad Jumps  Non-Impact: Load Absorption Drill


** If partners finish all the blocks, start back at the top and keep working until the 30 minutes is up!
