Camper Named: The Ken M. A.K.A “The Professor”

4 Min. Tabata Intervals ( :20 work/:10 rest repeated 8 times) is applied in turn to the

  • Squat,

  • ERG, (Rowing for Cals)

  • Push Up, R: Tennis Ball/Weighted W: Yoga Block B: Negatives

  • TRX Laying Low Rows (knees bent, hips up in bridge),  B: Standing TRX Row


RED: All 8 rounds

WHITE: 6 rounds (Take off round 4 and 8)

BLUE: 4 rounds (Take off a round after each round)


There will be a one minute rotation break between exercises. The goal for each exercise is to hit the same number of reps (calories on the rower) for each of the eight intervals. During the one minute rotation time the clock is not stopped but kept running.
