2 KB Squat 

2 KB Strict Press

Pull Ups

 

9 min KB Conditioning – switch exercises every 40 sec.-

 

KB Swings

Squat High Pull

Bent over row (20 sec per side)

Goblet Step Back Lunges

-20 sec Rest and repeat x 3-
