“Maverick and Goose”  – Volleyball Inspired Partner Workout – 22 MIN. TIME CAP

– As a partnership you have 22 Minutes to try and complete # of rounds

R/W: 4 Games/RNDS = 84 Reps (42 each partner)

B: 3 Games/RNDS = 64 Reps (32 each partner)

– “I go, you go” Switch with partner every 5 Reps


Jumping Version:

20x Block Jumps (Each Side)

20x Power Skips (Each Side) – max height

  • Outside 

20x Box Jumps (Jump Up, Step Down: The Right Box Height you should Land Softly

  • Near Pull Up Bar 

20x MB Lateral Lunge (Each Side) P: MB Lateral Squat 

  • By the KBs 


Non Jumpers Version:

20x Lateral Med Ball Toe Taps (Each Side)
