  • Rotate through Stations: Goal at least 4 Rounds at Each 

 

 

Station 1: Push (On Pull Up Bar Wall) 

  • 8x Push Up: R: Tennis Ball Depth/Weighted W: Yoga Block Depth B: Negatives
  • 5x Standing Med Ball Chest Pass 10#-12# Balls

Station 2: Hinge (By KBs)

 

  • 8x KB Deadlift  R:105+/88+ W:88+/70+ B:53+/45+ 
  • 5x KB Swing OR KB Clean  R:60+/53+ W:45+/40+ B:35+/30+

 

 

Station 3: Pull (By Red Wall)

  • 8x (Each Side) KB Row R:53+/45+ W:40+/35+ B:30+/25+
  • 5x (Each Side) Kneeling Side Slams 

 

Station 4: Squat (By Stereo) 

  • 8x Goblet Squats  R:70+/60+ W:60+/53+ B:45+/40+ 
  • 5x Vertical Jump Non-jumpers: Power Step Ups x 5 E.S.
