 4 Contrast Training Stations: 30 Minutes

  • Rotate through Stations.  Goal: at least 4 rounds through

Station 1: Push (use same weight for both)

  • 5x (E.S.)½ Kneeling Press/Bottom Up Press

  • 10x Standing Goblet Push Press

Station 2: Hinge (use same weight for both)

  • 5x Straight Leg Deadlift

  • 10x KB Swing OR KB Clean  R:60+/53+ W:45+/35+ B:35+/25+

Station 3: Pull

  • 5x (ES) KB Row R:53+/45+ W:40+/35+ B:30+/25+

  • 10x Kneeling MB Slams (Online: KB Upright Row)

Station 4: Squat

  • 5x Goblet Squats  R:60+/53+ W:45+/35+ B:35+/25+

  • 10x Power Squat Jumps Non-Impact: Power BW Squats
