  • Min 1:  10x Squat Progression (Assisted–BW–Goblet)

  • Min 2: :30/:30 Jump Rope (Non-Impact:  Mountain Climbers)

  • Min 3:  5x (ES) Single Leg Deadlift Progression

  • Min 4:  10x  Goblet Cleans

  • Min 5:  10x Push Up Progression (hands elevated/5x negatives >> partial depth >> full depth >> feet elevated/weighted)

  • Min 6:  5x (ES) Single Leg Hops  (Non-Impact: B > SL Load Absorption)
