  • Min 2: 10x (ES) Goblet Cleans 
  • Min 3: :30/:30 Work/Rest Skip In Place (Non-Impact: Fast March) 

 

20 Minute Strength E.M.O.M:

4 Moves / 5 Rounds

Instructions: Complete 5 Rounds of the 4 moves below every minute on the minute for a total of 20 minutes. 

  • Min 1: 5x (ES) Lateral Squat Progression (BW–Goblet)
  • Min 2: 5x (ES)  Single Arm Floor Press
  • Min 3: 10x Straight Leg Deadlift
  • Min 4: 5x (ES) Bent Over Row
