Min. 1:  6x (E.S.) Single Leg Hops (Non-Impact: Single Leg MB Slams)

Min. 2:  6x (E.S.) Lateral Squat Progression

Min. 3:  6x (E.S.) Single Arm Hinged Row

(If time):  3 Min. Core Finisher:  Rolling Plank

  • :30 sec @ each position: plank, side plank R, side plank L
