Team up in teams of 4 and have 1 teammate per station. We want to try and spread the class out as much as possible. The runner will be the timekeeper, while the rest of the team will be at their station amraping their movements.
Plyo Box Station AMRAP Station: Plyo box Depth Jump (mod: step down) to broad jump to jog (adv. sprint)
Lateral Station: 6 x Banded Side shuffle (cone to cone=2 touches) + Band resisted side steps (width of the gym and back)
Beltline Post Run Blue Mailbox (time keeper)
