Heavy Bells & Rowing: 2×15 min stations

Station 1:  Heavy Kettlebell 5×5’s – Partner “I Go You Go” 15 Mins to get through all the lifts.

  • 5×5 2KB Floor Press R:(53+/45+)W:(40+/35+)B:(30+/25+)
  • 5×5 (E.S.) Stepback Lunge Progression: TRX -> Bodyweight -> Goblet R(53+/45+)W(40+/35+)B(25+/20+) 
  • 5×5 2KB Push Press R:(45+/35+) W:(35+/25+) B:(25+/20+)

 

Station 2:  Partner Rowing – 5 RNDS – :60 ERG/:60 Active Recovery

  • During Active Recovery (time off erg):  3x Pull Ups R: Strict/Weighted W: Band B: Band or TRX 
  • Rowing Goal is 250m+, keeping SR under 30
  • Repeat – each partner rows 5 times.
  • Erg Monitors will be set for 1:00 work/:20 sec rest
