Get through all rounds as quickly as possible (Non-assessed) 

 

MB weight  (20 / 15) (15 / 12) (12 / 10)

KB weight (55 / 45) (45 / 35) (35 / 25)

 

Round 1) Sprint to the blue mailbox 1 parking lot lap

30 Wall Balls / 30 Slam Balls  (20 reps)

 

Round 2) Sprint to the blue mailbox 1 parking lot lap

30 Wall Balls / 30 Slam Balls / 20 Burpees / 20 KB Swings (20 and 15 reps)

 

Round 3) Sprint to the blue mailbox 1 parking lot lap

30 Wall Balls / 30 Slam Balls / 20 Burpees / 20 KB Swings / 10 KB Goblet Squat / 10 MB Push Ups (Both hands on the ball) (20, 15 and 10 reps)

 

Finish with a Ralph McGill Run
