Interval Training: 4 RNDS :40/:20, 1 Min. Rest Between Rounds

  • Lateral Squats (BW–Weighted)
  • Alternating Clean
  • ½ Kneeling Bottom Up Press (Switch – :20 Each Side) 
  • Cobra Press Ups
  • High Knees

 

Glute/Core Finisher – 3 moves, :30 at each move – 2 rounds through = 4 min + The Hundred at the end (perform 1 time)

  1. Superman Hold
  2. Frog Bridge Ups
  3. Single leg Hip Lifts Hold (R/L)

The Hundred(:05 Inhale/ :05 Exhale)
